Advantium Tracker · last updated 14 October 2026
Advantium Tracker is a ticket and daily task tracker run by Advantium Technologies Services Private Limited ("Advantium", "we") for its own team and its clients. This page explains what information the tracker keeps, why, and what we do with information from services you connect to it, such as Google, Microsoft, Slack and GitHub.
What we keep
- Your account: your name, username, email address, phone number if given, your role, your company and a protected (hashed) password. We never keep your password itself.
- Your work in the tracker: tickets, tasks, comments, files you attach, notes, chat messages, and the history of changes.
- Security records: sign-ins, failed sign-ins, the address they came from, and changes to settings and connections, so that misuse can be spotted.
- Connections you make: when you connect another service, the keys it gives us to act for you. These are stored encrypted and are never shown back, not even to admins.
Why we keep it
Only to run the tracker for you and your organisation: to show your work, send the notifications and emails you rely on (for example the end-of-day email and ticket updates), keep the record of each day, and keep accounts secure. We don't sell information, show adverts or use it to build profiles.
Services you connect
Connecting a service is always your choice, and you can disconnect it at any time on the Integrations page. Disconnecting deletes the keys we kept for it and, where the service allows, tells it to cancel our access.
- Google: see the next section.
- Microsoft: to post ticket updates to a Microsoft Teams channel you pick, and to keep the due dates of your open tickets on your Outlook calendar. We read your name and email address to show which account is connected.
- Slack: to post ticket updates to a channel you pick, or to send your own notifications to you.
- GitHub: to read the title and state of pull requests you add to tickets.
Information from Google
When you connect your Google account, the tracker asks only for:
- Your Google account's name and email address, to show which account is connected, and, if you choose, to let you sign in to the tracker with Google.
- Calendars the tracker creates (the "calendar.app.created" permission): the tracker makes one calendar called "Advantium Tracker" in your Google Calendar and keeps the due dates of your open tickets in it. It cannot see or change your other calendars or events.
- Files you pick (the "drive.file" permission): when you attach a file from Google Drive to a ticket, you choose the file in Google's own picker and the tracker keeps its name and link on the ticket. It cannot see the rest of your Drive.
Advantium Tracker's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide the features above; we don't transfer it to others except as needed to provide them, for security, or to comply with the law; we don't use it for advertising; and no person reads it unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.
Who can see your information
The people in your organisation's workspace, according to their role in the tracker, and Advantium's administrators who run it. Client users see only their own company's tickets. Emails go only to the people a ticket or report is meant for.
Where it is kept and for how long
On Advantium's own server, with backups. Your work stays for as long as your organisation uses the tracker. When an account is closed, the keys of its connections are deleted at once; the record of work it did stays with the organisation's tickets. Ask us to delete your account information and we will, except what we must keep by law.
Your choices
- Disconnect any service on the Integrations page; Google access can also be removed at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Ask us what we keep about you, to correct it, or to delete it.
